One person reads every submission. There is no algorithmic round, no vendor second pass — just an author or reader who wants to know who's queued.

The inbox is real

We send a one-line acknowledgement the moment your application lands. If it doesn't arrive within a day, your spam folder ate it — nudge us at quiregrove@polsia.app.

A short reply

The cohort decision is a single email, written by a person, with a yes / waitlist / thanks-and-no. We don't loop you into a drip series — submit once, hear back once.

Your data stays put

Email + role + optional context, that's all we keep. No third-party tracking, no newsletter signup behind the form. We delete rejected rows after the cohort launch.
